Quality assurance observation of the building envelope installation is an important process for determining if the removal, installation, repair, or maintenance of materials or systems follows the scope and intent of any contract documents, and are installed and executed in accordance with accepted industry practices and manufacturer recommendations.

The goal behind QA is to prevent flaws or defects before they occur. QA involves improving processes such as design, worker training, document control, management, and process audits. This is because flaws in these processes can lead to flaws in the products or services offered to customers further down the line. 

In process on-site inspections evaluate samples of your products selected during the manufacturing process. This confirms the quality of your product and allows any necessary changes to be addressed early on, reducing rework time and costs.
