The Gates At Meadow Park

The main roof systems include a single-ply thermoplastic membrane, mechanically attached. Performance testing and monitoring consisted of ASTM 501.2-15, ASTM E783, and ASTM E1105.

Greenbriar
The Gower Group completed a building envelope assessment at Greenbriar Park. We performed as-built building dimensions, quantitative scope analysis, building envelope deficiencies, and a detailed estimate of quantitative compliance and associated pricing components. The apartment complex consists of 3 stories with 342 units.

Timberglen
Dallas, TX
The complex features 31 two to three story multi-family apartment buildings, a leasing office, car wash, laundry center, mail center, pet park, playground, basketball court, volleyball court, pool, spa, and 41 car ports.
The complex consists of 3/12 – 14/12 pitched wooden roof trusses, a slab on grade foundation system, wood framing, a combination of stucco and brick siding, and laminated composition roofing. Two of the car ports on site featured 12” r-panel roofing.

Waters Creek

Watters Creek is a 1.15 million square foot, LEED certified, mixed-use development developed by TPC. Watters Creek includes 550,000 SF of specialty retail and restaurants, 300 residences, 200,000 SF of Class A office space, a cinema, a gourmet grocer and a lifestyle hotel.

Arcadia Lake Water Control
Edmond, OK
Construction of a new, separate 3 million gallon per day treatment facility to treat groundwater from the Olypic sub-basin.
The Arcadia WTP expansion consists of an increase overall treatment capacity from approx. 9 mgd to 12 mgd and the addition of closed-circuit reverse osmosis to enhance overall production efficiency.

Creekstone
Houston, TX
The Gower Group completed a building damage assessment due to hurricane Harvey at Creekstone apartment complex. The majority of the property damage consisted of 4’ flood cuts, category 3 water with damage to exterior sheathing, insulation, weather barrier systems and flashing components.
We performed as-built building dimensions, quantitative scope analysis, post-loss damage assessment, and a detailed estimate of quantitative damages and associated pricing components. Creekstone consists of 3 stories with 338 units.

Estates at Bellaire
The Gower Group completed a building envelope assessment at the Estates at Bellaire. The apartment complex consists of 3 stories with 385 units.

Providence Uptown
The Providence Uptown apartment complex consists of 4 stories with 421 units, pitched wooden roof trusses, a slab on grade foundation system, wood framing, stucco facade, and composition roofing.

Willow Brook Country Club
Tyler, TX
The first Willow Brook clubhouse, a wooden structure, was built in 1923 and served until 1962 when the present Colonial-style clubhouse was constructed.
The campus was newly renovated in 2013 complete with covered beach front children’s pool, water mushroom, oversized slide, diving board, and locker rooms. Willow Brook includes an 18 hole golf course, six hard surfaced tennis courts, and an Olympic size swimming pool.

San Augustine ISD
The San Augustine ISD, intitially founded on September 24, 1904, consists of a high school / middle school with two band halls, two field houses, a baseball field, football field and track, gymnasium, auditorium, agriculture building, maintenance shop, transportation building, nine detached classrooms, the San Augustine Elementary School with an outdoor garden, and the administration building with six detached structures.

HPI Management consists of a Class B office building located in the Government District and features a total of 517,693 square feet.

Southroads Shopping Center
Tulsa, OK
We completed a building envelope damage assessment at Southroads Mall located in Tulsa, OK. The built-up roofing system, lightweight gypsum concrete, and exterior façade sustained significant tornado damage which resulted in a large amount of water infiltration throughout various retail stores.
The Southroads Mall is a 27-acre, 450,000 square foot property which includes Reasor’s, Barnes & Noble, Petco, Michaels, and other stores. It also includes the still vacant former location of Circuit City.

Preston Park
Dallas, TX
We performed as-built building dimensions, quantitative scope analysis, post-loss damage assessment, and a detailed estimate of quantitative damages and associated pricing components. The roof consisted of single lock standing seam metal panels and modified bitumen.

Galleria Village
Bryan, TX
The Galleria Village is an 8-story executive office/retail center providing a global network of workspaces and consists of approximately 130,135 square feet of building area.
The Gower Group completed consulting services to the upper and lower deck assemblies, and a code upgrade analysis to conform to the International Building Code requirements.

Briarwood
